DARK SYSTEMS (PTY) LTD operates DARK MARKETS. This policy is a draft for the local development build and requires business and legal review before commercial launch.

Information stored

We store account email, name, a password hash, subscription status, watchlists, alerts, dashboard preferences, research requests, support messages and operational audit records. Session and reset tokens are hashed.

How information is used

Data supports account access, billing, requested research and notifications. Research providers receive the question and supplied market observations, not account details. Payment details are handled by Stripe when configured.

Your controls

Export account data and request account deletion from Account & billing. Account-linked data is deleted with the account. Operational audit and payment-provider records may remain where legally required.

Retention, processors and contact

A production retention schedule, processor list, jurisdiction-specific rights and verified business contact must be completed before launch. Contact the operator through the authenticated support form.
